Martin Freeman to Joseph Tracey on July 14th, 1863
This particular letter describes the excitement Martin Freeman felt concerning his future plans to travel to Liberia and teach. Martin Freeman briefly touches upon financial issues of immigrating to Liberia, as well as the issue of gathering the proper material to begin a school there. It should be noted that there may be more pages of the original letter than the transcription because of the larger handwriting on the original copy of the letter.
